SMS Terms and Conditions – Program Description

When you opt in to our SMS program, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include responses to quotes, estimates, or service inquiries; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; and follow-ups. Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, sign up as you did before or text “START.” Message and data rates may apply. Message Program Frequency

Golden West may send you recurring text messages related to your interactions with us. These may include:

  • Service reminders for upcoming appointments

  • Updates regarding our services

The number of messages you receive will depend on your activity and preferences, but you can expect no more than 4–6 messages each month. You’re always in control—adjust your preferences or unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.
