Lamar Duckett was the technician that came out to look at my Furnace and AC. Very professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain things to me and show me. Was very thorough!! After the appointment he left me with the feeling this is someone and a company I could trust! I greatly appreciate their prompt attention to my need, their expertise and advice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND- Andy was fantastic! Andy came out to assist with a boiler inspection that was installed incorrectly. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, beyond helpful and an expert in his field. It is extremely difficult to find good resources and specialists to ensure contracted work is completed properly, but Andy’s expert opinion reassured me that we would find a resolution. I am extremely thankful to have found Golden West and will certainly be using them in the future. He spent a significant amount of time explaining the breakdowns in the system, demonstrating proper installation, estimates for work required, etc.

I could not speak more highly of Chirs and Golden West. From the get go they were professional, communicative, and straight forward. I have not made a decision for furnace replacement yet, but I could not recommend them enough. Chris was the man and very helpful and presented a ton of options to find one that fits for us.
