Golden West saved the day once again. The critical circulating pump for our in-floor heating system turned into a geyser and spewed water all over, I called GW around 10am and Chris arrived just after 1pm. Chris pounced on the problem, found the ...replacement on his truck and replaced the pum[p and cleaned up in less than an hour. Wow!! Riley was awesome! He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole time he was working at my home on several electrical issues and a HVAC issue. I asked him if it was ok if I observed and asked him questions while he was doing some of the ...electrical work because I’m a decent DIYer and couldn’t figure out the electrical issues I was having. He was more than happy to allow me to do so and I learned a lot from him in terms of diagnosing the issues I was having because they were a bit complicated.
